OK, OK! I admit I am a sucker for having “make believe” friends! I just signed up for an account on Facebook! So, now I am just going to sit back and relax while waiting for all my “lost friends” to appear on my Facebook profile. Maybe some of them will reappear in my life as well?
Siren! Thanks for convincing me that I am not going to lose face on this sudden change of belief!
Newborn
Friday was a day of joy for some of our best friends as they gave birth to their first child. It is a magical moment I have been part of myself as I have three children of my own.
I am sure the time ahead will be filled with lots of love and new adventures for all as they start this new chapter in life.
I would therefore like to celebrate their newborn by sharing this beautiful picture of the newborn baby boy.
Note: The name is still not decided upon.
Common Lionfish (Pterois)
Sunday was a beautiful day, and what is better than taking the kids to the local aquarium. Before going we met up with a dear friend of ours who is expecting a baby fairly soon. She joined us for the trip, and it turned out to be a fantastic day with lots of joy and fun for the kids … and us too! All except my eldest daughter who was hanging out with a friend. She apparently had a good tim too

As this is my first attempt to create something worth reading (I´m a technical writer by profession) I thought I should start by removing the “Hello World!” comment in my newly installed WordPress blog.
The idea about this blog has been on my ToDo list for a long time. Not because I feel I have to much to tell about important topics, but just because I want a place where I can share my stories with family and friends, stories from and about my professional and personal life.
Now that I have rewritten the “Hello World!” comment to my first blog ever … I will let this blog rest for a short while and think of something smarter to write than “Hello World! This is my first blog … ever!”
