Syntax highlighter
At work today I was asked by one of our developers if there was a way to make proper syntax highlighting of their code samples in WordPress. On the case I of course did some quick research and stumbled upon this plugin: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/posting-source-code/
As you can see from the code sample below this is perfectly possible. Even for those using a more advanced “language” than I

Sometimes you get worried your kids will starve themselves. Honestly, mom and dad’s cooking is usually not what your kids ordered. Who can blame them? Most parents will probably remember how they, as kids, fought to eat certain things; hence, I am not surprised to see my kids being picky!
Good friends of us invited us out on a BBQ the other day. With sub-zero temperatures the idea was as compelling as it was a natural thing to do. After all, we are a bunch of “hardcore Vikings” that don’t mind the cold weather or the chance to hang out with friends while the kids are playing in the woods with sticks and knives. In other words, this is your typical Norwegian weekend stroll with the kids
